Job Title: Regional Brand Manager - APAC Region
">Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies across the APAC region, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to plan and develop marketing plans and budgets, creating brand presentations, product release presentations, assortment plans, and other training materials, owning regional brand growth KPIs, ensuring successful implementation of local marketing and commercial strategies, leading development and execution of distribution strategies to meet quantitative and qualitative goals, implementing competitive pricing strategies to ensure consistency and alignment with global standards, participating in product selection, pricing, and collection maintenance, analyzing sales data to understand and react to current business situations, reporting on business and distribution strategy for all sales channels.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 3 years in brand management, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
