The People team is looking for a Payroll Analyst II who will report to the People Leader in our Sabre office.

The responsibilities include:
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for APAC countries including Tax filings and statutory payments.- Liaise with Payroll service provider to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data is maintained- Responsible for Audits and fully support audit requirement- Good understanding of country specific Compliances in APAC region- Manage Time & Attendance process in HRMS system for the APAC countries- Coordinate with Finance/Tax / Accounts /other People Functions for smooth functioning- Maintain SOPs / Process documents are up to date- Handle Employee queries related to Payroll & Time & Attendance- Understanding of Benefit Administration- Should be able to take up initiatives and handle projects assigned in timely manner.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience- Thorough understanding of APAC country payroll process- Language proficiency in Mandarin, Malay is an added advantage- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel expertise; photo and video-editing software is an asset- Must possess highly effective verbal, written, and communication skills- Strong HR and/or Customer Service experience- Possess highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership- Solid hands-on experience working with HR tools and/or Workday- Experience training/facilitating- Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with mínimal handholding- Ability to work under tight deadlines
