**Payroll Administration**
- To serve as the point of contact for all payroll data coordination and administration for site
- Responsible for managing accurate monthly payroll computation and processing, coordinating timely submission of data to GFS
- Implement changes to payroll system and procedures, if deemed necessary
- Prepare and furnish all payroll-related reports including accruals/ GLs and reconciliation
- Coordinate with GFS on all tax-related payroll issues to ensure completeness and on time compliance
- Preparation of monthly payroll reports, journals and variance analysis
- Ensure prompt submission of statutory payments and annual tax filing
- Complete and submit payroll-related statutory surveys
- Online submission of claims such as government paid maternity, childcare leave and National Service
- Monitoring of unpaid leave hours/days to ensure validation of payroll accuracy
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Assist with audits to ensure compliance with company policy and compliance with regulations
**Systems Administration**
- Administer and manage employee and electronic timekeeping data in Prosoft/HRIQ and Autotime and review for accuracy of information
- Main liaison for Autotime queries with US Autotime team in event of operational exigencies including changes in shift/ public holidays/ work timings
- Administration of Autotime data for shift changes in operations
**General Administration**
- Support with site level general administration, as requested
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Professional discretion a must with high ethical mindset
- Meticulous with high attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Hands on experience using SAP and Autotime systems will be advantageous
