Personal Assistant to CEO

Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
- Calendar management - Manage, organize, review and schedule meetings for the CEO, prioritizing tasks in alignment with business needs.
- Prepare advanced data/information and materials for the CEO
- Proactively remind the CEO of events on the calendar and take initiative to ensure pre-preparation of the correct documents and materials for upcoming meetings and appointments.
- Liaise with other employees, guests and external parties on behalf of the CEO for meeting coordination.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle expense claim, travel arrangement and errands for the CEO
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, office maintenance matters and procurement of office supplies.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
- Undertake other work-related duties as assigned by CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude, proactive, dependable, meticulous, assertive and can-do personality
- Must be discreet, especially in managing personal and confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS office
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
