The Customer Service Executive will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to our valued customers. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. The role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Duration: Maxwell
**Salary**: S$2,400 - S$3,100
Location: Maxwell
Working Hour: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
**Responsibilities:
- Deliver positive service experience, address queries effectively and accurately.
- Prompt escalation of requests for resolution where appropriate.
- Compile, record, input information accurately into relevant systems.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
