**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers and provide all necessary supports through on-line or on-site
- Manage & update website
- Work with internal team to get required supports in:

- Logistic (20%) : product management & delivery
- Sales (10%): Corresponds with potential customers
- Report (10%): reports about customers/ potential customers weekly & monthly

**Working Hours**:

- Mon - Friday: 10.45am - 615pm (7 work hours, 30 min break)
- Sat: 10.45am - 245pm (5 work hours)

**Working Location**:

- Sim Lim Square

**Job Requirements**:

- O/A Level/Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years work experience
- Good customer service oriented, interest in dealing with customer
- Willing to learn, training is provided prior to start of work
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Singaporeans only
