**Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager - Communications & Engagement**
**Job Description**:
- Report to the Assistant Director - Engagement & Communications, and work closely with other team members in meeting the organisation’s KPIs.
- Actively maintain and build ACE’s corporate image and media relations, including through social media, and any other media/platforms as directed by the Management.
- Assist to maintain and update the ACE website regularly.
- Identify areas of opportunity to implement online/digital marketing strategies and manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns from concept through to the end of campaign reporting. To track and analyse reach and effectiveness.
- Drive engagement, create awareness and increase Company’s visibility. Devise and support initiatives to raise ACE’s profile. Proactively promote ACE’s work/employees to raise ACE’s standing in the industry.
- Provide comms support and counsel to colleagues, and track effectiveness of ACE’s programmes/events.
- Monitor social media trends and ensure that appropriate tools and strategies are adopted.
- Source and conduct interviews with the entrepreneurial community for publication on various media platforms.
- Draft press releases and media materials and liaise with the media. Ensure alignment of messaging.
- Design and create marketing collaterals, including but not limited to EDMs, newsletters, web banners, posters, etc.
- Develop project charters, programme playbooks, prepare and maintain accurate administrative briefs/records, including but not limited to meeting minutes, reports, agreements, etc.
- Develop programme budget and track department’s budget utilisation to ensure effective use of budget and resources.
- Provide regular updates to the Management on the progress of the programmes and activities during meetings or in writing as and when as required.
- Front or participate in any Special Projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or other relevant fields.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Communications/Public Relations/Digital Marketing. Fresh graduates with the relevant skill sets may also apply.
- Experience in website management (e.g. WordPress).
- Demonstrated expertise in working with journalists and securing media coverage.
- Adept at social media marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills with an excellent command of the English language.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with external parties and agencies (e.g. Govt officials and PR agency).
- Flexible and proactive in working with distributed teams.
- Resourceful and passionate about a Communications career.
- Attention to detail with good organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under tight deadlines.
- Background in media relations, graphic design and video production is preferred.
