**About ACTRIS**

The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore(ACTRIS) was established on 20 April 2020 to meet the increasing clinicaldemand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threateningdiseases. ACTRIS’s vision is to be the national and regional Centre ofExcellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-basedtherapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerativemedicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the localmarket. ACTRIS aims to achieve accreditation from national and internationalregulators to ensure quality compliance of resource-efficient cellular therapymanufacturing. Our common goal is to promote and foster the entire value ofchain of cellular therapy ecosystem through enabling translational research anddevelopment, manufacturing, clinical service provision, and commercialisationby serving the healthcare, academic and industrial sectors. ACTRIS will alsoprovide value-added services such as workforce training, regulatoryfacilitation and ancillary material standardization, pertaining to delivery ofcellular therapy to patients.

The Assistant Director, Administration & Trainingoversees the daily operations of business finance, administrative operations,education/training and staff management within ACTRIS (in coordination withother relevant stakeholders). The duties and responsibilities include:

- Work closely with ACTRIS Management Team to driveorganization vision, long-term administration and training strategy plans andhiring needs;
- Build strong work relationships with department heads,CRIS HQ, external partners and other relevant public and private sectorstakeholders;
- Lead a team of managers which includes but not limited tobusiness finance, administrative operations and education/training;
- Lead/support relevant activities pertaining to staff management(support human resources requirements; training needs); financial operations(disbursements of funds to departments, monitoring budgets, analyse financialdata), and administrative processes (develop operating procedures and policies;processing of contracts) as necessary;
- Develop and implement a collaborative work style in achievingthe necessary output with other departments; and
- Review and develop work flows and procedures to support theefficient of services and enhance customers’ experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relatedfield; Master’s degree in a related field is a plus;
- 8 - 10years’ leadership role in the appropriate field;experience in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing field is a plus;
- Experience and understanding of business finances andaccounting will be necessary;
- Experience in overseeing the development andimplementation of training programs will be a plus;
