A well-established Travel Tech/Payments company is hiring rapidly across the region. With more than 4000 employees across the world, APAC is a key market they are looking to focus into. They are looking for a proven Sales Manager (Account Management) to join the team.
**Your new role**
- Developing medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to grow and diversify the portfolio of customers
- Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial and profitable relationships with existing customers, prospects, partners and key industry stakeholders resulting in strong customer growth rates and with negligible customer attrition
- Engage and manage existing customers across Asia, expand and convert share of wallet opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis, deliver client presentations, prepare proposals and participate in negotiations.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 5-7 years of Account Management / Customer Success experience within the region
- Prior experience in Travel Tech/Payments is a must
- Excellent understanding of the travel industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Mandarin is a must due to one of the many markets being handled that would require communication with the stakeholders and customers
