**Responsibilities**:
This position will play an important role providing administrative support to the corporate communications team in Asia. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications for Asia, the role requires a self-starter with strong organization skills, expertise in business productivity tools, ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and a collaborative approach to build strong partnerships with colleagues across Asia and around the globe.

**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Work with mínimal supervision to schedule meetings, manage calendars, organize travel and process expense reports for the Vice President of Corporate Communications, Asia and the Asia Corporate Communications team.
- Plan and facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional meetings, both on-site and virtually.
- Handle inquiries and calls from diverse stakeholders in a manner that is respectful while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
- Use business productivity tools to keep assignments documented, organized and on track.
- Liaise with colleagues in multiple teams to manage the approval process for agreements with vendors, manage invoices, and help keep the team on track to meet quarterly budgets.
- Provide administrative and communications support for company events.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Diploma with 4-6 years or Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of related and relevant experience supporting executives in a fast-paced global business.
- Extremely strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat.
- Able to exercise good judgement and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to building effective relationships with key partners across multiple time zones while providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Able to work well under tight timelines and adapt to change.
- Strong team spirit, positive outlook, and sense of humor.
