Manages demand and supply to ensure material availability.
- Manages quality and ensure minimum downtime
- Initiate and manage projects to improve department targets and KPIs
- First point of contact for our internal/external customers
- Works at ASML Singapore
- Is responsible for executing Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) Service Contract (Materials Availability) for a field region
- Is responsible for 3PL warehouse and Freight forwarders
- Is responsible for Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Service Tools
- Focuses on end to end processes and improve efficiency
- Owns KPI's/improvement projects
- Solves constraints (e.g. analyze material shortages, trouble shooting)
- The main interfaces are:
- Internal: CSCM regional teams, CSCM central team, CS, Procurement, Sourcing, D&E, Account teams,
- External: Suppliers, 3PL, Customers
- Interfaces generally on own level and one level above
- Interfacing with 10-15 stakeholders across sectors
**Education**
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in business administration, supply chain, logistics, IT, engineering
**Experience**
- 2-5 years of experience
- Fresh graduates may also apply
**Personal skills**
- Skillful knowledge with Microsoft office tools
- Excellent presentation skill
- Strong project management skill
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Potential leadership capability
- SAP knowledge will be plus point
**Special requirement and skills**
- Focus on Planning both parts/tools
- Lead Spartan Cycle
- Lead and manage Top Down Projects
- Review and monitor SLA performance, analyze data and lead escalation
- Good data sense and find root cause if anything goes wrong
- Good presentation and Power-point skills
- Able to write Macro scripts and pull and analyze data
- Strong knowledge on ERP systems
- LEAN or Six sigma certified

- This is a 3rd party headcount, where incumbent's payroll will be managed by a recruitment agency
