Job summary

Would you like to be a part of a Talent Acquisition (TA) team that is responsible for fueling the rapid growth of Amazon Web Services (AWS)? The AWS TA team is seeking a customer-focused Senior Recruiter who is interested to work with a team of Builders to identify and assess top talent for AWS across ASEAN.

Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate and work with an experienced team of Recruiters/Sourcers to support the hiring demand of our rapidly-growing businesses
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer-obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Own projects related to diversity, assessment, channel segmentation, and more
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
