
Regional Marketing Manager, B2B

**Job Summary**:
- B2B Marketing manager enhance overall marketing activities in Asia region to contribute on maximization of actual and visible pipeline. Especially, he or she coaches and leads subsidiaries’ marketing manager to improve B2B digital marketing capability, at the same time that he or she implement regional marketing strategy especially with digital marketing activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement the regional marketing strategy and lead generation campaign design.
- Work closely with HQ marketing leadership and regional sales leadership to identify and track joint goals around leads, pipeline revenue, sales opportunities, and conversion.
- Lead and support for subsidiary marketing managers to enhance customer data base and marketing qualified lead.
- Analyze and manage customer data base and pipeline to build marketing & sales strategy.
- Manage marketing budget for regional activity.
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the subsidiary sales/ marketing teams to execute marketing campaign on time and within budget
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Degree
- At least 5~7 years of relevant marketing experience, plus experience marketing B2B technology products or services.
- Proven knowledge of lead flow process and sales and marketing automation tools, such as Eloqua (Highly preferred) or other tools
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders, and thrive in highly collaborative and fast paced environments.
- Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance.
- Demonstrated experience working with sales leadership and sales teams in driving pipeline and revenue.
- Eloqua experience preferred
- Native level English skills
- Outstanding communications, Excel & Power point skills
