**Overview of the role**
You will play a key role in how to progress our inbound and outbound marketing activities to drive leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth.
You will take ownership of generating a consistent flow of marketing qualified sales leads, with the ability to experiment across all our marketing channels to identify new and better ways to drive awareness, consideration and engagement in APAC. You’ll also be responsible for our client marketing initiatives, driving retention and cross-sell initiatives across the region.
With localisation being a key to our success, the Marketing Manager will take the lead in setting up, implementing and orchestrating Euromonitor’s regional and country marketing plans through compelling campaigns that attract new clients and engage our existing ones.
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and activate best practice B2B marketing campaigns to support our business priorities and drive growth in APAC
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across the organisation to optimise customer journeys, as well as creating breakthrough content and messaging
- Conceptualise and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Collaborate and align with other marketing teams including Digital Marketing, New Product Marketing, Content Marketing to ensure marketing programs are completed successfully
- Leverage global content to develop a localised marketing program to grow engagement in APAC
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for the APAC region
- Manage and develop an APAC marketing team, located in different territories
- Track, analyse and report marketing performance via SEO, Google Analytics, Salesforce and Marketo data
- At times, provide your colleagues with local language support. For better localization of content and to generate greater marketing engagement at a local or regional level
**Requirements**:
- Min 5 years of B2B marketing experience, inclusive of at least 2 years of management experience
- Good balance of personal initiative and a true team player
- A positive, proactive and energetic approach to marketing and growth
- A confident and articulate marketer with excellent and flexible communication, content and copywriting skills
- CRM management and marketing automation experience (ideally Salesforce and Marketo)
- Track record of working closely with sales teams to generate measurable leads
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to assess and prioritise workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment
- Experience in digital marketing measurement and performance
- A strategic and creative thinker
