**Summary**
Dexcom is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented marketer with a passion for building a world-class brand that is dramatically improving the lives of its customers. The Regional Marketing Manager, APAC will be responsible for translating our global brand vision into innovative healthcare provider and consumer programs and campaigns that drive demand and loyalty of our game-changing products and services. In this role, you will lead Regional APAC Marketing brand tactics and programs in partnership with local distributors and partners across the region. You will report into the Global Brand Marketing team based in San Diego and work very closely with the Marketing Manager, APAC lead on the Global Brand team. Key markets for this role include South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Philippines.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Executes the Regional Brand strategy and tactics in collaboration with the Global Brand APAC Marketing lead.
- Develops a deep understanding of key APAC audiences including consumers and HCPs by working closely with the Global Market Research and APAC Brand lead to develop data-driven and impactful insights, market trends and competitive insights to support brand activation tactics and campaigns.
- Establishes and executes brand strategies and programs to achieve commercialization, drive brand performance and profitability, grow brand equity, and market share objectives. Identifies optimal engagement strategies and campaign structure to reach key audiences and create engaging brand experiences. Evaluates and analyses brand activities and adjusts accordingly.
- Adapts and localizes global brand content for the region to cultivate and drive brand awareness, attract key audiences, and spark perceived value from targeted customers. Ensures alignment with global brand strategy across all communication platforms and channels.
- Leads messaging, advertising, communication, and execution of key Regional HCP and/or DTC tradeshows in the APAC region in partnership with distributors, partners, and global APAC brand lead.
- Works closely with the Global Product and Brand team, Competitive Intelligence Group (CIG), and Global Claims Council to ensure competitive intelligence and new claims are available for the APAC region.
- Act as the APAC brand ambassador by ensuring APAC distributors and agency partners are familiar with Dexcom brand guidelines, style guides, and global marketing playbooks to ensure brand integrity, consistency, and compliance across the region.
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing initiatives.
- Manage project budgets and timelines both internally and with external agencies.
**Required Qualifications**
- Cross-functional experience working with remote teams around the world including legal, compliance, regulatory, clinical education, global brand, and global product marketing.
- 8+ years brand marketing experience in a regulated environment
- APAC regional marketing experience including product launches
- Regionalizing global competitive and clinical selling aides and tools for the local market
- Experience working with translation and creative/media agency partners
- Digital marketing experience
- Extremely detail oriented
- Highly flexible and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work early hours to support global marketing time zones
- Strong experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment while meeting department goals and timelines.
- Must possess strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**
- Ability to speak/write in a second language with preference for an APAC language like Korean or Mandarin.
