**What You Will Be Working On**:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and nurture a team of support staff to achieve targets set by the management in the administration of SkillsFuture career transition programmes.
- Liaise and work closely with SkillsFuture Singapore, academic schools and/or external agencies and organizations to ensure that all courses conducted are effectively managed.
- Ensure financial requirements of course management to meets guidelines.
- Maintain currency of funding schemes and provide appropriate advice to academic schools and potential participants involved in the programmes.
- Ensure that historical course information and statistical reports for all courses are properly documented according to prescribed methods such as manual or electronic filing.
- Lead teams on projects for continuous improvement and productivity in work procedures, customer service and other generic functions in the office.
- Conduct and/or manage events such as course previews, exhibitions, orientations, etc. as directed by CET management.
- Conduct market/industry scan and maintain information such as cost, duration and content of similar courses offered by other institutions/providers for the purpose of comparative benchmarking.
- Manage and execute other administrative tasks assigned by the Director e.g. SkillsFuture Credit and Absentee Payroll Administrator.
**What We Are Looking for**:
- At least 4 years of experience, preferably in the areas of course administration and IT
- Good leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and training management systems
- Excellent time and project management with multi-tasking ability
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills with internal and external parties
- High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment
**This job requires interactions with the public and students on campus and prevailing workplace vaccination measures apply.
