**What the role is**
- You will be working as an executive under Industry Development Division 1, under SkillsFuture Singapore.

**What you will be working on**
- Liaise with training partners to compile, verify and update data relating to SkillsFuture programmes.
- Generate training statistics of key SkillsFuture programmes for internal reporting.
- Conduct digital filing of hardcopy documents and maintain document folders in shared drive for knowledge management.
- Manage division’s customer relationship management cases and ensure cases are addressed promptly.
- Support data preparation and data cleansing work relating to system transition.
- Provide other administrative support to Division which includes managing meeting logistics, general correspondences, enquiries and data administration work.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 years of administrative work experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with handling and managing data and information.
- Positive attitude and a keen learner.
- Possess the following qualities: collaborative, adaptable, independent, meticulous.
