**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. The primary responsibilities include overseeing visitors, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the office space, and handling document delivery and pick-up tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Visitor Management:
- Greeting, assisting and serving visitors upon their arrival.
- Notifying employees of visitor arrivals.
Office Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Regular cleaning of office premises.
- Coordinating with external cleaning services if necessary.
- Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Assisting with office layout changes and furniture arrangements.
Document Delivery and Pick-Up:
- Handling the timely delivery and pick-up of documents.
- Ensuring the safe and organized filing and storage of documents.
Working Conditions**:
- Standard office hours with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
- Exposure to typical office environments.
**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per month
