Assist Sales Team with quotations and client queries.

Proactive approach in serving client

Follow up with customers for repayments

To perform billing and ensure the accuracy of the invoices raised & filing once job completed

To perform data entry into the respective systems in an accurate and timely manner

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Assist with ad-hoc duties as required

**Job Requirements**
- Meticulous to details
- Able to commence within short notice or immediately
- Proficiency in English and a second language is preferred
- Proactive approach in serving client
- GCE N or O levels.
- Preferable with at least 1 year in a customer service role or similar.
- Well organized with good administration skills.
- Communicates well and able to deal with people of all level.
- Responsible, reliable and pro-active.
- Able to work independently as well as a Team player.
- Proficient in MS Office

**Others**

Salary ranging from $2,000 to $2,500

5 days work per week, 9am to 6pm

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
