Join **WINGS THERAPY AND LEARNING CENTER (WINGS)** - Singapore’s first and only intensive therapy center - as a **Patient Care + Marketing Executive**
- This is more than an admin role. You’ll be the _**key driver of growth and engagement**_— guiding families through their journey, converting enquiries into committed clients, and championing WINGS’ transformative therapy programs._

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Delivering a Great Patient Experience**
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations by assessing needs, making tailored programme recommendations, and confidently guiding families through the intake and registration process.
- Book consultations and therapy sessions in a timely manner to support revenue goals and minimise scheduling gaps.
- Clearly communicate fees, packages, and patient policies, preserving the value of our services.
- Maintain professional, responsive communication with families—even outside standard business hours when needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation: complete and track intake forms, progress reports, and all patient records.
- Manage ongoing client engagement in the Patient Management System and actively follow up to reduce drop-offs and maximise conversions.
- Support and coordinate feedback collection to continuously improve service delivery.
- Interact professionally with all clients and uphold the integrity of the WINGS Team.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed to support patient care and operational needs.

**2. Ensuring a Great Environment for Our Patients**
- Ensure the centre remains clean, organised, and secure at all times.
- Oversee the maintenance and timely servicing of therapy equipment in collaboration with the therapy team.
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, stationery, and therapy-related inventory.
- Manage mail, postage, courier services, and other administrative logistics.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the centre.

**2. Marketing & Outreach**
- Support targeted marketing campaigns that drive enquiries and boost visibility of new programs.
- Assist with content creation for WhatsApp, social media, and newsletters.
- Help organise and participate in WINGS events, if and when necessary.
- Monitor engagement and suggest strategies to improve reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure messaging is consistent and compelling.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE**
- O /N /A Levels, ITE, Diploma, or relevant work experience in sales, customer service, education, marketing, or healthcare.
- A passion for people and purpose—with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Canva, basic marketing tools, and Patient Management System (training provided).
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client relationships.
- Experience working with families or children with special needs is a plus, but not essential.
