**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions includes recruitment & selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and development, compensation and benefits and other HR related matters.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations.
- Responsible for submission of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21.
- Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc.
- Process employees non-payroll expenses claims (including but not limited to transport, mobile phone, medical claims etc).
- Manage employee group insurance matters including annual renewal, insurance policies review, insurance enrolment/change/termination, premiums and other billings, insurance claims queries and reports.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings at job portal, keeping track of manpower requisition form, arranging interview and filling post-interview assessment form.
- Assist in annual appraisal exercise, performance bonus and annual increment
- Assist in company corporate event and provide support on HR and administrative matters.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks.
- Effective communicator is essential to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess good working knowledge of the Employment Act and its related regulations.
- A team player, highly motivated and energetic.
