
HR and Administrative Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and working conditions.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- Administer disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
General Administration:
- Oversee office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
- Manage office equipment and ensure their proper functioning.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products like Word and Excel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
