We are looking for a collaborative and organized Regional Operations Change Manager to ensure that change is delivered to the highest possible standard, while ensuring adoption, understanding and measurement. You will work in partnership with your Regional peers and all of our key cross functional teams, such as; Marketing, Product, Payments, Sales and other Shared Services functions in order to enable the effective and impactful implementation of change.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make your own discoveries - Identify your key Regional & functional stakeholders across our complex ecosystem. Establish relationships to help evangelise change management and demonstrate a willingness to support cross functional teams in delivering effective change.
- Find the best solutions - Work with change owners to ensure that we can support changes in a way that does not negatively impact the experience of our teams or clients. Build processes to mitigate risk and constantly seek feedback on how change is received by impacted stakeholders.
- Have the bigger picture in mind - Work collaboratively and quickly to ensure that our process is lean and does not prevent change. Our team should be seen as effective and enabling partners. We need to be comfortable to say no, but should always guide our partners on how to 'get to yes'.
- Embrace change as an opportunity - You will create a collaborative environment with a wide array of cross functional stakeholders. Change will be constant and priorities will consistently change. You will be a champion of change and will others understand the benefit of managing change effectively.
- Drive effective & measurable change by working cross functionally to ensure operational readiness for hyper growth by proactively identifying organisational gaps and resource needs.
- Experiment & learn fast: if at first we don't succeed, try again. You will work to support a creative and agile environment where we are not afraid to try new things. When things go well, you will champion and share. If unsuccessful, you will be comfortable measuring and learning. Whilst demonstrating the ability to risk assess and course correct as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience with a track record of high achievement and execution above expectations.
- Strong Experience in Project/Program and Change Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of people management experience, coaching and leading a team through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Excellent communication skills; able to convey understanding and earn respect across key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Experience working in complex, cross functional environments. With an ability to distill complex concepts into easy to understand communications.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve change strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English.

Nice to haves
- Experience working in Digital Marketing and/or a Start Up environment is a bonus.
- Innately curious and practice a methodical approach to problem-solving and ability to test hypotheses, iterate, and draw conclusions
- Consultancy Experience
- PMI or Change Management Accreditation
