Senior, Manager, Growth Marketing, APAC (SMB Segment) at PayPal
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the APAC region. This role is critical in helping SMBs discover, adopt, and scale with PayPal, leveraging data-driven marketing, regional insights, and best-in-class execution. The ideal candidate has deep regional marketing expertise, strong execution skills across performance channels, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and direct campaigns, and a proven track record of scaling SMB adoption in fintech, SaaS, or B2B industries.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Lead complex marketing projects and initiatives to drive business growth
Resolve complex marketing problems and develop innovative solutions
Determine methods and procedures for new marketing assignments
Implement global process improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
Provide thought leadership and expertise in marketing best practices
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
