- Account and Payment Analyst
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Accountant and Payment Analyst** to join our Finance Department. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting statutory reporting, driving process automation, and managing end-to-end payment and accounting functions. **Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing statutory and regulatory financial reports.
- Support process automation projects as part of the Project Management Team to streamline finance operations.
- Analyze payment data in partnership with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) team to support corporate spending insights.
- Prepare and manage financial documentation, including:
- Vendor invoices and payments
- Aged payables reports
- Balance sheet schedules (eg. prepayment, accruals, work-in-progress, recoverables)
- Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations and accruals
- Fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and asset tagging
- Manage and maintain annual fixed asset and petty cash counts
- Review invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and delivery of goods/services
- Compile, verify, and process payments to vendors promptly and accurately
- Provide other support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience, with exposure to full set accounts, system automation and accounts payable.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in handling financial records and processes.
Executive/Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful **Executive/Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition** to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the organization’s talent pipeline by partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, contribute to employer branding efforts, and support strategic hiring initiatives across departments.
**Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Establish selection criteria aligned with job competencies and role expectations.
- Coordinate and conduct end-to-end interview and selection processes, including resume screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Manage the offer process and coordinate pre-employment checks, including reference and background verifications.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies on hiring matters, including the recruitment, renewal, and repatriation of foreign workers.
- Support and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s talent attraction efforts.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other outreach events.
- Work with internal stakeholders to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs across departments.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to analyze hiring effectiveness and turnaround times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the team and organizational goals.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the Employment Act and relevant hiring regulations in Singapore.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who works well collaboratively across functions.
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.
