- Responsible for the entire product life cycle of the digital banking platforms for Business users - from designing customer journey, creating business requirements, User Acceptance Testing, change management to training and success management

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify new trends in business digital banking for improved user experience, customer journey and revenue opportunities - Evaluate risks, benefits and opportunities to develop platform to holistically meet the objectives of the team and organization - Review customer feedback through online surveys/feedback forms/comments regularly. Work closely with Business Units and Segments to identify these customer pain points to address areas of product and channel improvement - Develop robust and easy-to-use UI/UX to grow revenue and banking transactions through customer acquisition and increased engagement - Adept in project management, translating research and design to deliver output within scope, timeline and budget - Product development involving end to end impact assessment - business, operational, risk, legal, compliance, technical, customer experience

- 5-8 years experience as a Product Owner in driving digital initiatives in banks and/or financial institutions - Proven ability in digital/mobile banking product development and project management - Strong domain knowledge of digital banking, particularly in areas of business solutions and digital products for business users - Understanding of technology project management/implementation, APIs, transaction process flows - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Self-driven and positive work attitude - Able to work under pressure in a multiple-project environment
