Overview
Job Summary: Serve as the Product Owner within the Agency Strategy Team, leading the design, development, and delivery of digital platforms. This role translates strategic goals into field-driven, data-informed solutions that enhance agent performance, recruitment, and agency enablement. The Product Owner will work closely with the PMO lead, users, and cross-functional SMEs/Teams to ensure adoption, alignment, and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
Product Vision & Leadership
- Define and drive the product vision for key agency initiatives, aligning with Agency transformation goals. Collaborate with the PMO Lead, users and cross-functional teams to translate strategic intent into solutions that support recruitment, performance, and adoption.
Roadmap Planning & Delivery
- Own the product roadmap—prioritize features based on field needs, strategic milestones, and feedback. Work with technology on enhancement planning, backlog management, sprint planning, and ensure delivery through iterative, agile releases.
Stakeholder & Field Engagement
- Bridge between business and tech. Gather insights from agency leaders, PMO, strategy, and distribution teams to guide product decisions. Champion adoption by aligning expectations and communicating across markets.
Experience & Impact Advocacy
- Ensure intuitive, outcome-driven user journeys. Collaborate with UI/UX Designer, Group Tech, Training, and Change leads to drive high usage and behavior change.
Data-Driven Iteration
- Use adoption and performance data to inform priorities and track impact. Define and manage KPIs for continuous improvement and field relevance.
Enablement & Field Routines
- Identify opportunities to futureproof agency tools, gather adoption success stories and proof points from early users. Highlight how platforms drive coaching effectiveness, productivity uplift, and performance outcomes; support optimization of field routines to ensure product usage.
Strategic thinking with strong execution and delivery orientation
Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to align cross-functional teams
Agile mindset with hands-on experience managing backlogs, sprint cadence, and iterative delivery
Strong data fluency to interpret adoption and performance metrics for product decisions
Clear business communication skills – connect digital features to business value narratives
Ability to shape field-facing materials and collaborate across business, design, tech, Group, and operations in fast-paced transformation environments
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
6–10 years' experience in digital product management, preferably within insurance, financial services, or sales-driven environments
Familiarity with UI/UX principles/design and/or experience in agile/transformation squads is advantageous
Proven track record delivering digital solutions at scale with measurable impact on frontline adoption, performance uplift, or behavioral change
Experience translating field feedback into business requirements and backlog priorities
