Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate business needs into product requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance platform scalability.
Drive the delivery of features and initiatives using Agile methodologies.
Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap to align with business goals.
Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and lead user acceptance testing.
Oversee project deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution.
Ensure all initiatives comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Lead and coordinate the squad to keep deliverables on track.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Product Owner Should Have
At least 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a Financial Services/Insurance industry (preferred)
Have experience rolling out digital initiatives/projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; self-motivated and adaptable to change
Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA is an advantage.
Must successfully complete Fit & Proper assessments annually or as required
