To meet our next mission in the digital & data space, we are currently hiring a Digital Product Owner for our Digital & Data business. This role plays a huge impact to our digital products which makes healthcare even more accessible. This is a high value role that creates a big impact for our customers.

You will ensure the right product is built by the technical product team in the most efficient manner. You will work in an open, collaborative, and approachable manner with the product team to inspire optimal solutions that solve customers’ problems and challenge the team to find the smartest, most efficient solutions.

**Purpose of role**
- Owns the functional prioritization of the technical product ownership with the objective to maximize customer value within the Product Team.
- Providing a clear direction of product scope (vision, roadmap, requirements, development, maintenance & support, enhancements, etc.) with the internal team at Zuellig Pharma and external partners as and when required.
- Represent the line management function within a Product Team, i.e., Product Team Implementation Members (PTMs) from a process driven perspective.
- Reporting to the Head of Product & Engineering, the incumbent must be aligned to a vision at a regional level and is an equal partner with the with the development team on the product roadmap and prioritization and participate in the planning and management of related budgets.
- Understand consumer and business objectives, goals, and requirements to write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize the backlog, drive demand into other teams as necessary, and establishes a reliable predication of releases to production.
- Work closely with regional business partners to understand the specific consumer and business needs and drive the prioritization of necessary capabilities and features of our platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related studies (Master in in computer science or equivalent degree a bonus)
- At least 10 years in a software engineering responsibility with 5 years of team leading experience in digital products environment.
- Experience in driving product strategies for a product roadmap success.
- **Experienced in independent solution development and implementation **with self-confidence in discussions with decision authorities.
- Having **led Product Team Members (PTM) **with correspondingly deep functional and technical experience in a related domain (as Engineer, Specialist etc.) is highly desired.
