As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and experienced digital product owner, this role will empower our technology and business partners through the management and delivery of high-value data products and that will be foundational in achieving our digital-first ambitions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Digital Product Owner will work with the business to identify and prioritize high-value digital products, with an emphasis on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This individual will own the scaling and adoption of products with assistance from regionally/functionally distributed technical resources, specifically:

- Execute digital product strategy and roadmap:

- Executing strategy for digital products as set forth by the Digital Acceleration Leader
- Aiding in the creation of the ROI/investment proposal
- Establishing a roadmap for product delivery
- Drive acceleration of digital products and solutions that support SPM:

- Working across functions and regions to drive the development, scaling, and adoption of a consistent set of products and solutions that will enable effective SPM initiatives
- Ensure digital portfolio aligns with overall strategy:

- Managing the cross-portfolio alignment of product road map, investment funding, as well as fulfillment of business initiatives across regions/functions
- Capture business needs and requirements:

- Coordinating with stakeholders across regions/functions to capture business needs and priorities
- Identifying key pain points and use cases
- Maintaining a roadmap and a prioritized backlog
- Effectively dividing overall project goals into prioritized deliverables for sequential and focused progress
- Drive value realization:

- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adoption, and user feedback of digital solutions
- Accurately using key data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and driving actions
- Establish feedback channels and drive iterative improvements:

- Meeting with end users on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement
- Tracking product and feature usage to support data driven decision making around enhancements and new product launches
- Driving adoption through collaboration and thoughtful change management strategies
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate cost-benefit:

- Working with business, finance, and technology leads to scope cost as well as value creation associated with initiatives
- Engaging the business to define benefits and track outcomes to meet business expectations

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- Six plus years of digital experience and digital product management either in a business, agency, or consulting organization
