1.1. Plan the daily engineer schedule to optimize efficiency and productivity.
1.2. Coordinate the exchange of spare parts from respective principal brands to support repair and maintenance activities.
1.3. Monitor and track support cases logged daily, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
**2. Working Independently and Multitasking**
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Training and guidance will be provided by experienced staff to support these activities.
