**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- Enhancing the employment and employability of persons with disabilities is a key outcome for SG Enable. Providing competency training and resources to scale up the capabilities and disability confidence of employers to hire persons with disabilities is critical to achieve this outcome.
- The Service Development, Lifelong Learning Division works closely with other divisions to oversee training and capability building of employers and disability employment professionals, to better support the employment and retention of persons with disabilities. Strategic planning and execution of new areas to be explored include the healthcare sector.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Interact with and engage different stakeholders e.g. facilitate focus group discussions with employers and disability employment professionals like job coaches to assess sector skills needs and uncover gaps in competency, systems, capabilities and training
- Structure, implement and organise training programmes to strengthen capability of disability employment professionals to deliver better employment and employability services to persons with disabilities and employers
- Establish and maintain partnership with both local and overseas training providers to develop, refresh and contextualise training curriculum and deliver training for the disability employment professionals
- Develop and provide support in facilitation of CoP (Community of Practice) - a network of disability employment professionals, on sharing of best practices in supporting persons with disabilities at the workplace, through members engagement and learning initiatives
- Oversee the administration of training programmes which includes marketing, awareness raising, course administration, reporting and other tasks
- Provide support Senior Director (e.g. secretarial support, coordination matters within the group etc). Any other responsibilities and tasks that are assigned by the organisation

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline including life sciences. Entry level graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants who are familiar with the disability sector and training industry would have an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, able to write and present well
- Team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines, detail-oriented, adaptable to changing circumstances and resourceful in problem solving
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
