**Overall Job Responsibility**:
SG Enable's Service Development/Lifelong Learning (SD/LL) Division aims to enhance the employment and employability of persons with disabilities. By collaborating with other divisions and stakeholders, we provide diverse lifelong learning opportunities tailored to individuals' needs, fostering personal growth and professional development. The division also focuses on upskilling the network of support, including employers and caregivers, to strengthen support systems for individuals with disabilities. Furthermore, we work to promote accessibility and inclusion among training providers, ensuring equal access to education and training opportunities for all.
- We are seeking an individual experienced in strategy formulation and execution to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and implementing disability sector-wide strategies and initiatives that will enable the next chapter of growth for lifelong learning of persons with disabilities (PWDs), disability sector professionals, employers, and caregivers.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Lead in the development of Lifelong Learning Strategies to enhance the training support and opportunities for PWDs, disability employment professionals, employers, and caregivers, to empower PWDs and their network of support towards building an inclusive society and work place.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop lifelong learning strategies, as well as, ensure alignment with national policies, best practices, and the Enabling Master Plan 2030.
- Stay updated on relevant trends, policies, and advancements in disability inclusion and lifelong learning, as well as, incorporate insights and best practices into lifelong learning strategies.
- Implement Lifelong Learning Strategies tailored to the unique needs of PWDs, disability employment professionals, employers, and caregivers and curate resources to promote continuous skills development and career advancement.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans to drive and amplify the lifelong learning strategies.
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelor or Master degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy formulation and execution
- Experience in human capital development and marketing communications in public sector will be an advantage
- Good systems thinking, design thinking, data analysis, operations, interpersonal and communications skills
- A growth mindset, positive attitude and able to adapt and work in a fast pace environment
