Singapore MCI EVENTS & PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Establishes and oversees the logístical and administrative support needs of events; may include site surveying, cash flow management, scheduling, and crowd management.
- Manage and oversee project deadlines and necessary deliverables to ensure they are met
- Proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities
- Oversee the production of all necessary collaterals and products with various departments
- Assess event goals, run pre and post-event meetings in preparation for the event, and manage the profitability of the client.
- Liaise between client and service providers, as well as contract negotiation
- Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with all relevant internal colleagues and associates. Maintain positive relationships with various external business partners and stakeholders
- Take on any other responsibility as assigned by the management

**Jobs Requirements**
- With good negotiation skills
- Basic costing/budgeting skills
- Class 3/3A driving licenses preferred
- Possess good leadership qualities, and good at Microsoft skillset
- Good organizational, analytical, and coordinating abilities
- A team player with excellent problem-solving abilities
