**Responsibilities**:

- **Policy Research & Compliance Management**
Conduct thorough research on international employment laws and ensure compliance across operations. Support global entities in formulating localized employment strategies and implementing structured, compliant workforce management systems.
- **HR Advisory & Communication Support**
Provide day-to-day guidance to HR teams on employee relations matters, offering practical solutions and facilitating communication to resolve issues effectively.
- **HR Compliance Audit & Risk Management**
Lead and execute HR compliance audits, proactively identifying employment-related risks. Continuously optimize employee relations frameworks, policies, and operational processes.
- **Best Practice Sharing & Policy Alignment**
Maintain documentation of best practices and monitor legal developments in key regions. Ensure internal policies remain aligned with evolving local labor laws and regulations.
- **Crisis Management & Emergency Response**
Develop and maintain global emergency response protocols. Manage and respond to crisis events, analyze root causes, and enhance the organization's risk mitigation strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education & Experience**
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of five years' relevant work experience.
- **Communication & Collaboration**
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and resilience under pressure. Able to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration across teams.
- **Results-Oriented with a Learning Mindset**
Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a strong appetite for continuous learning. Skilled in identifying potential risks and designing systems or processes to mitigate them.
- **Employee Relations Expertise**
Solid professional background and hands-on experience in managing employee relations. Prior exposure to international HR practices or markets is highly desirable.
- **Crisis Management & PR Awareness**
