This exciting, collaborative and high profile opportunity will see you focus your daily activities in the following areas:
**CRM strategy**
- Producing a 3 year roadmap to enable the CRM function to be a customer centric, business focused, results oriented function
- Collaborating with stakeholders both locally and within the SEA cluster to deliver the roadmap in real terms
**CRM capability**
- Championing CRM training in the SEA Cluster for different type of users (eg. sales manager, sales rep, marketing, medical affair, SFE etc.)
- Actively updating stakeholders on the latest CRM trends in the pharmaceutical industry, identifying executable solutions with high impact
**CRM operation**
- Operating as the trusted advisor for the CRM solution, supporting ongoing multichannel engagement acceleration
- Designing the structured multichannel engagement plan for commercial functions to provide feedback
- Leading CRM integration with other platforms and systems in the company
- Establishing guidelines efficient CRM usage for stakeholders
- Reviewing data quality and user behavior on a periodic basis to ensure meaningful insight is generated relating to customer engagement
- Supporting market expansion and planned new Veeva functionality onboarding
- Supporting day to day operations of CRM
**Your experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM/SFE function in MNC pharmaceutical company**Who We Are**:
