Role Overview

What you’ll do:
- Identify and attract top-tier adtech talent to shape and develop key features used by millions of Snapchatters every day.- Provide full-cycle recruiting support for APAC TA teams, ensuring efficient and effective processes.- Serve as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to guide hiring decisions- Leverage diverse sourcing methods, networking, and evaluation strategies to recruit world-class TA talent.-
- Analyze hiring metrics and trends to refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies.- Prioritize and fill high-impact roles critical to the company’s growth and success.- Contribute to the enhancement the end-to-end recruitment life cycle through contributions to projects and org wide initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience recruiting for an array of Tech/non Tech roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions from intern to senior levels.- Experience working closely with your stakeholders and HR, compensation.- Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and platforms and ability to creatively identify and engage top tier talent across: China, Australia, Singapore, India and other APAC markets.- Someone who loves solving challenging problems and building programs for scale-
- Someone with an analytical mindset who understands the importance of tracking metrics- Someone who is organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize- Is able to adhere to the company culture and values.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience- 5+ years of experience in recruiting- 3+ years recruiting for markets outside of Singapore across APAC
