**JOB OVERVIEW**
- APAC Business Development: To target, deliver and implement new business from new target and existing customers.
- Commercial Excellence and Focus: To own and develop commercial relationships, account development plans and account profitability with the assigned customers.
- Supply Chain solutions and Healthcare optimization: Strategize and deliver end to end multidivisional product.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 1. APAC Business Development
- Delivery of business growth targets from existing clients and successful on-boarding of new clients in Healthcare vertical.
- Continuous market assessment and new client targeting in line with defined market segmentation.
- Seeking and developing collaborative business growth opportunities and leveraging of existing relationship within the wider DSV network and global Healthcare business development and product teams.
- Development and submission of professional customer presentations, proposals and RFI/ RFQ submissions.
- Ensuring the efficient and effective use of DSV CRM system.
- Working with product teams to ensure successful implementation of new business into the DSV organisations.
- Ownership of standard trading terms and conditions, commercial agreement templates and associated documents for compliance.
- Development of pricing strategies together with the product and vertical leads.
- Regular review of the Healthcare logistics market and competitive landscape to identify new product and client opportunities.
- Identification and development of product enhancements from customer focus and market needs.
- Development of the network and interaction with DSV to enhance the development of the Healthcare specialty.
- 2. Commercial Excellence and Focus
- Lead a robust, data-driven and objective client review process with documented inputs and outputs.
- Present proactive service and cost solutions / improvement plans / initiatives as well as reporting performance.
- Be the internal point of operational and commercial escalation in the region for assigned accounts.
- Proactively seek opportunities to sell the value of DSV to all customer levels.
- Negotiate rates with customer.
- Conduct monthly review with customers to ensure service levels are maintained and to understand any issues in the region.
- Lead and drive Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to provide market intelligence and business performance.
- Identify and drive organic growth opportunity with customers.

3. Supply Chain solutions and Healthcare optimization
- Development of the supply chain solutions product in terms of systems, capability and scope working closely with the products and divisions.
- Growth of supply chain solutions approach to market as an entry point to customer engagement and development of product pull-through.
- Further development of the value of the Healthcare specialism to the customer and within the network.
- Delivery of customer service and satisfaction from professionally managed supply chain solution projects.

OTHER DUTIES
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- The job holder must be commercially astute, inquisitive by nature and an advocate for positive change. They must be driven by an interest in creating a wide cross functional network of contacts within their customer accounts, internally and within the supplier base.
- This will enable them to identify and leverage value creation opportunities for DSV and the customer. The individual requires a professional image, to be well organised, to have a positive attitude, be diplomatic and have a high degree of integrity. The ability to operate easily at different levels internally and externally must be demonstrated.
- The job holder requires strong people management and leadership skills, be target driven, a self-starter and creative. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with PC literacy, are essential.
- The individual must be willing to continually develop their own Supply Chain knowledge and experience of Healthcare shipping operations.
- Some travel may be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Experience in working in the Healthcare logistics industry and/or Healthcare manufacturing or supply chain industry
- Deep understanding of the Healthcare industry supply chain, QHMS and international multi-mode logistic requirements
- High level of commercial acumen with solutions selling and project management
- Able to interface at a senior level in a customer’s organization in business, procurement and supply chain and work independently where necessary
- Ability to review, develop and design supply chain improvements across complex
