This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our healthcare team as a Healthcare Underwriter. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for underwriting complex healthcare liability business in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwrite new and renewal business for Asia Pacific Healthcare Division
Review allocated cases or scheme opportunities and deliver underwriting decisions within agreed risk appetites
Develop an agreed portfolio to maximise profitable revenue potentially from new and renewal business for Asia Pacific Healthcare
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an insurance role related to Professional/Financial lines, General Casualty or Healthcare - underwriting, broking, or claims
Mature, motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to function independently with limited resources
Ability to work in conjunction with other functional departments and travel as required
