**Job Details**:
Assist Line Manager in supporting projects Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) I implementing key Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ) strategies and methodologies in HSEQ process - focusing on risk management, governing documentation, incident reporting, and safety culture. Monitoring and reporting HSE statistics for the projects. Coordinating all corporate and projects HSEQ functional activities, including HSEQ Management System Audits and Programs.
Maintenance of Company's Management System for the Singapore office, including ISO certificates. updating & managing local HSE regulatory requirements and Company’s HSEQ legal register to support compliance.
Assist &/or where appropriate as directed by Line Manager(s) to:

- Participate, and facilitate where required, projects Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
- Participate as required in bids & tenders, pre-FEED &/or FEED works, and projects.
- Participate in the development of HSEQ procedures for corporate, where needed.
- Oversee/implement HSEQ Management System (HSEQMS) for projects and recommend improvements.
- Manage the annual internal & external audits (by certification bodies) for Singapore office to ensure conformance, including ISO certifications/renewals.
- Work with HR & Office Administration on promoting HSEQ awareness and facilitating HSEQ training of personnel including maintaining HSE training register; and first aiders’ certificates.
- Maintain HSEQ records, including audit reports for Singapore office in support of corporate requirements.
- Report on HSEQ status for Singapore offices and HSE status (including HSE statistics) of all projects.
- Liaise with Clients and Authorities in Singapore on all Corporate HSEQ matters.
- Participate in supplier reviews and selections as required by Project QA managers; in the pre-qualification, qualification, pre-award & post-award audits of contractors, suppliers & vendors in the Avetta Vendor Registration Platform (VRP); and in any Third-Party external audits.
- Develop and maintain the yearly Office HSEQ Improvement Plan, including quarterly reporting, and updating results in the various communication platforms.
- Develop and maintain the yearly Environmental Focus Plan, including business ‘aspects & impacts’ assessments, quarterly reporting and updating results in the various communication platforms.
- Maintain & update the Total Workplace Safety & Health Committee (TWSHC) and Safe Management Officers (SMO) Teams Sites (TS)
- Enforce the Office Physical Security Plan, together with representatives from IT and Office Administration.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or any Science/ Engineering discipline with a minimum of at least 2 years of work coordination experience.
- At least 2 years of work coordination experience in HSEQ related functions.
