Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the design, planning, operations, and management of critical network infrastructure
- Manage and provide technical support for network and security products/solution
- Monitor network performance and establish plans for technology refresh and expansion requirements
- Manage investigations of network performance issues
- Maintain an understanding of current vulnerabilities, response and mitigation methodology used to support network security operations
- Support security incident handling, responses and investigations
- Manage and lead a team in delivering timely, high quality and cost-effective solutions to support operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of designing, planning, operating, and managing network operational environments
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of all network related technologies
- Excellent Technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems and wide range of security technologies such as Firewalls, IPS, VPN, 2FA, WAF, PAM, ADC, DNS, Web Proxy Gateway and anti-malware solutions
- Possess leadership qualities with good project and people management skills with proven track records
- Has keen knowledge and understanding of current cyber threats
- Experience in managing an outsourcing partner will have an added advantage
- Experience in managing other aspects of IT Infrastructure including Cloud Infrastructure, On Premises Storage and Server Infrastructure, and Wintel (AD, DNS, DHCP etc) will have an added advantage
