We are seeking an experience channel sales manager in the software, services, or similar non-tangible products to help drive our expansion of renewable energy products across ASEAN.

As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and driven **Channel Sales Manager - ASEAN **to join our team.
**The Role**
As the **Channel Sales Manager** - **ASEAN**, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and enhancing our market share in the renewable energy sector. Your primary responsibility will be to drive channel sales, while building and nurturing relationships with our channel partners across the region. Reporting to the General Manager - Singapore, you will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and advancing our market presence.
**Functional Scope**
**Channel Partner Acquisition**
- Actively research, identify, and approach potential channel partners to establish productive and mutually beneficial business relationships.
**Channel Partner Management**
- Onboard channel partners, including energy brokers, embedded networks and green energy on-sellers, and foster strong business relationships to drive sales growth and achieve mutual objectives.
**Training and Support**
- Training and Support: Provide training, resources, and sales support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities
**Sales Forecasting**
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
**Negotiation and Contracts**
- Negotiate terms and conditions with channel partners and ensure that contracts are executed appropriately.
**Budget management**
- Manage the channel sales budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to drive results.
**Role Skills and Experience**
**Proven Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales or relevant roles within the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
**Strong Network**
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
**Industry Knowledge**
- A solid understanding of the renewable energy sector, including market dynamics and trends in ASEAN is preferred.
**Results-Driven**
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
**Communication**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
**Flexibility**
- Willingness to travel regularly within ASEAN to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
