**Job Summary**:
As Commercial Director, you will lead the strategic expansion and commercial direction of the company’s subsea services and diving systems portfolio. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong technical foundation and proven ability to drive growth, build global partnerships, and manage high-value client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion**
- Define and execute long-term commercial and business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, particularly in subsea infrastructure sectors.
- Expand the company’s footprint into new regions through strategic alliances, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Represent the company at international forums, client meetings, and industry associations to elevate brand presence.

**Commercial Oversight**
- Oversee high-value tendering, pricing, and contractual negotiations.
- Ensure robust commercial governance, pricing discipline, and risk management in line with business goals.
- Lead deal structuring, profitability analysis, and long-term framework agreements.

**Client & Partner Management**
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with key clients.
- Resolve complex commercial and operational issues with strategic foresight.

**Internal Leadership**
- Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, and Operations to ensure commercial deliverables are aligned with technical capabilities and timelines.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team across business units and regions.
- Provide market insights to guide innovation, product strategy, and investment decision

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering mechanical/ civil or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15 year’s business development experience in offshore subsea construction/ Underwater contracting/ offshore installation of pipelines and structures and subsea/SURF operations preferred.
