Forx Security is seeking an individual to manage the day to day operations of a security agency.

**Job Description**:

- Plan and deploy security officers for security sites.
- Site visits to ensure deployments are running smoothly.
- Communication with client supervisors to ensure all site operations are in order.
- Planning and setup of deployment sites to make sure all materials and equipments are in place.
- Attending site briefings and tender briefings to understand about deployment details.
- HR matters of officers; employment letters, salary, leaves, MCs, claims etc.
- Incident reporting and handling.
- New position, taking care of small number of sites.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in management or executive position in a security agency.
- Holds a valid Security License from PLRD.
- Soft skills to communicate with people and handle situations.
- Experience in security agency SACE grading a plus. Certified competent in WSQ Security Operation Compliance (Manage Security Agency within Lega Framework) a plus.
