**Job Description**:
As Operations Manager, you will manage and provide effective leadership to the security operations for the sites under your charge. You will achieve this through effective management, training and deployment of the officers to ensure compliance to contractual headcount, proficiency of officers, and compliance to security SOPs and procedures. You will also manage and be able to respond to security incidents and emergencies 24/7, conduct security risk assessment and maintain excellent relationship with clients. You report to the Head of
Operations.
- Job Requirements:
- Possess strong leadership qualities, good temperament and maturity;
- Effective communication and instructional skills;
- Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work independently;
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple sites;
- Proficient in MS Office
- Well-groomed and possess a good service mindset.
- At least a Diploma qualification in any discipline;
- Min 5 years of working experience in security or security related field;
- Must possess a valid driving licence and own a vehicle;
- Must possess valid PLRD license;
- Must possess minimum PWM Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) grade.
