・学士以上の学位をお持ちの方

・2年以上の事務/秘書業務の経験をお持ちの方

・ExcelでのComplex Formula,Nested Formulaの使用経験をお持ちの方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方（社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため）

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales support**
- Documentation support (eg prepare account opening form & related forms, source of wealth (SOW), incoming fund and remittance transactions)
- Translate various type of materials from Japanese to English (vice versa) according to AE's requests.
- Liaise and support clients with their holding shares’ corporate action.
- Provide administration and sales support for each AE by liaising with internal MBO and external entities

**Transaction**
- Receive and place trade orders for clients
- Process and prepare documentations for transfer of assets for clients

**Secretarial and administrative**
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Wealth and Corporate Client Solutions team (eg expense claims by AE)
- Process administrative tasks such as stationeries, work station related matters, etc.
- Responsible for handling mails/couriers, attend to telephone calls, business trip arrangement.

**Ad hoc**
- Support the team in ad-hoc tasks that may assign from time to time.
- Deputy for team member who handles the CRM system and other tasks

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor degree or relevant professional qualifications
- 2 years of working experience in secretarial and administrative support role, preferably in the private wealth / banking
- Fluent in Japanese speaking and writing in order to liaising with Japan Headquarters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
- Organised, reliable and able to multi-task
- Resourceful, meticulous, positive working attitude, result and service oriented
- Team player with excellent people and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
