Job Title: Sales Support Associate

Job Description:
As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a vital role in the sales team by providing administrative support and coordinating delivery schedules. You will be responsible for processing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately, as well as ensuring correct stock entries for PO receiving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and coordinate delivery schedules
  • Match invoices with orders and ensure correct stock entries for PO receiving
  • Conduct cycle counts, stock takes, and stock reconciliations
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance departments on supplier documentation
  • Source, purchase, and monitor packing materials and warehouse equipment
  • Create and print product labels as required
  • Monitor stock levels and manage recalls from third-party warehouses
  • Arrange invoice dispatch and delivery to customers
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments (sales, warehouse, clients, etc.)
