**Sales Support Associate Summary**

Sales Support Associate provide administrative support to the sales team to optimise tender win rates and team performance in the field.

If you...

(1) Preparation and submission of tender documents by reviewing and understanding the tender requirements. Work with Marcom to continuously update and improve the contents and look of Haworth standard documentation.

(2) Handling Pre-Qualification Documentation, taking care of proper submission of all documentation.

(3) Preparation of periodic Tender Reports (win/loss) (to verify with Sales Manager)

(4) Implement new ideas, and ways of creating differentiation with how Haworth responds to requests for Tenders.

(5) Provide support to create small quotes ad-hoc.

(6) Couriering of sales documents and materials samples.

(7) Diary management of sales team when required.

(8) Support Sales Manager in preparation of sales performance and reports where required

(9) Provide analysis of CRM System data accuracy (Vine) - prompt sales team to clean outdated opportunities, validity of contact database, etc.

(10) Generic administrative assistance to the sales team as required.

(11) Provide back-up support to CEA as required.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in Sales Support or Tender Processing.
- Work experience in interior design and marketing, preferably in the office furniture industry;
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
