We're looking for a passionate Business Recruiter who can be a thought partner to our hiring manager and teams around the globe. You'll have the opportunity to work with company leaders to design and execute recruiting strategies that engage the top talent in the market. Pinterest is growing its team in Japan to work closely with businesses, including brands and retailers, to effectively reach and engage with audiences on the platform. **What you'll do**:

- Own relationships, hiring process and outcome for APAC leaders and their teams; moving beyond owning individual reqs and driving growth strategy for a business function, which includes foresight into organizational changes, attrition, expansion and I&D strategy
- Lead hiring efforts for complex and/or senior level roles; craft and implement end-to-end recruiting strategies - including sourcing, attracting diverse talent, and closing strategies - that leverage internal hiring data and market insights & trends to address the needs of the business
- Ensure our team is driving equity and fairness in our hiring processes; proactively identify and address potential bias or non-inclusive practices, partner with HR and Comp teams to ensure consistent and fair compensation and leveling, adhere to Pinterest compliance & recruiting policies
- Set hiring strategy and create individual and/or team activity-based goals using recruiting metrics for multiple roles within a business unit. Set expectations and communicate progress to hiring managers against these goals, using the data to inform changes in your hiring strategy and future hiring efforts
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and/or inefficiencies in our hiring process and partner with peers and XFN stakeholders to drive scaled solutions for our team

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven and practical experience leading initiatives and managing full cycle recruitment within an agile recruiting environment
- Ability to hire across different business orgs and locations throughout APAC
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers with experience providing recruiting updates and driving results across an org
- Experience leading and owning Diversity & Inclusion initiatives with measurable results
- Self-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic requiring mínimal guidance
