**Role Description**:
The role at CloudPoints Consulting Group is to implement cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 for our customers. This is a role for a fresh graduate with a can do attitude. You will be supported by an experienced technical consultant where you will become Microsoft certified and work on Microsoft cloud focused engagements.

**Responsibilities**

With the support and mentoring from a senior consultant, you will:

- Configure and support Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offerings around Compute, Storage, Network.
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Configure and support Windows 10/11 client deployment for cloud and on-premises management.
- Handle any follow up technical issues and participate in the resolution of these issues through to completion.
- Report updates and communicate project updates diligently within the project timelines.
- Communicate updates and progress to Project Managers and Team Leads.
- Build relationships with customers to maintain a good customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge Windows 10/Windows 11
- Foundation knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutoins
- Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- PowerShell/Scripting knowledge and experience useful.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

**Certification Requirements**:
Passed the following or willing to pass the following exams.
- AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
